Yesterday we discussed Physical Impairments that, as a building owner, you must be aware of and accomodate.  Today, the second part and what we'll discuss is "Mental Impairment. 

A mental impairment or pyschological disorder, including mental retardation, emotional or mental illness, and specific learning disabilities are considered mental impairments.  Traits and behavior alone, such as stress irritability, chronic lateness, and poor judgement, are not mental impairments.

In your workspace/building are you prepared to make accomodations for these impairments. 

Tomorrow we'll finish the first part by addressing "Chemical Dependency".
