While the commercial real estate market is still a bit soft in Daytona Beach, Ormond and Port Orange the interest in apartments as investmets is increasing.  In 2009 Florida Investment Sales for apartments was 156 units valued at an average of $58,000 a unit.  If you have a question on an apartment real estate investment give me a call, Claude Gardner, 386 846 4135
