I lot of buyers don't realize that in Commercial Real Estate it's "Buyer Beware".  For that reason, not only in Daytona Beach, Ormond or Port Orange but anywhere in the country you need to do your own "Due Diligence" before purchasing or leasing commercial property. 

I'll sum it up succinctly.  If you don't want to repair or replace it once you've moved in have it checked out.  The roof may look good with no signs of a leak but it could be on it's last legs.  Get a roofing contractor to check it.  And it can be retail commercial, office commercial or industrial real estate, have it checked out.  More on how to protect yourself when buying commercial real estate later.  If you need help now call me, Claude Gardner, 386 846 4135.
