Thought I'd give you a quick update on SBA (Small Business Administration) loans.  Yes there are some community banks still lending to users but the SBA is really stepping up.

Routinely SBA loans are made up to a 90% loan to value (again to owner occupants).  With interest rates as low as they are a professional could easily get into a property owning it versus renting for less than what rent would be.

Loans are available from $350,000 to $5,000,000 and they are 25 year fully amortizing loans.  Most commercial loans are 15-20 year loans.  With an SBA loan you can acquire, construct, renovate, refinance or expand  commercial property.

Call me for more detail.  I'm Claude Gardner, 386 846 4135 if you need Volusia County, Ormond, Daytona Beach or Port Orange commercial property.
