The market is turning.  We've had more commercial real estate activity in Dayona and surrounds in the last two weeks than we've had in the last two years.  Most of it is is from users but we have investors coming back.  I just had a surgeon call me and he said "I think it's at the bottom and I have $1,000,000 to invest."  When that starts, something is happening. 

Still a lot of retail and office space inventory out there so good deals are still to be had but getting tighter. 

Multi-Family continues to be a strong sector in East Volusia commercial. If there is such a thing, the average unit is $45,438 and the size of the apartment complex is 24.38 units.  There's always a need for housing.
