I am asked quite often have we hit the bottom of the commercial real estate market in the Daytona Beach, Volusia County area.  To quote a statistic from Moody's.  Commercial properties are 41.8% below the peak pricing experienced in October of 2007.  25.8% from just one year ago.  With replacement running 30, 40 and sometimes 50% of market value this broker's opinion is "Now is the time to buy".  It ain't going to get much cheaper.  Ask your broker where the well priced, owner financed deals are.

What's your opinion?
