My New Blog

What I mean by that is, if you're looking for commercial real estate for your business. you want to know you've seen everything in the market that meets your criteria at the best possible price.  If you go all over town calling brokers and owners yourself, your taking yourself away from your business and not having a focused search.

Let me explain by way of example.  I'm working on finding a third location for one of my customers. I represent him exclusively.  If he see's a another brokers sign he asks me to call for the details.  If he see's a for sale by owner sign, he asks me to call for the detail.  This allows me to spend as much time as I need to in the market to find him the perfect space because I know that in the end I'll be compensated for my efforts. Best of all, I'm still paid by the seller or landlord.  My customer pays nothing for my dedication.  One additional advantage is that the customers private information is shared with only one person, me.  It's not spread all over town. 

Jus today I found an unbelievable space in South Daytona for only $7 per sq ft.  (If you don't know how to interpret that go back to my last blog).  It's exactly what my customer is looking for and it and it wasn't even listed.
